Sales department is ok but service department is not. Came in with perfectly good brakes working for more than 7k miles but can't leave because brakes are not working after attempted flush.

Just purchased a 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss from Hendrick Chevrolet and had a great experience all around. Angel was excellent to work with from start to finish. No pressure, very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Landon in finance also made everything extremely easy and straightforward. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, which is not something you always expect when buying a vehicle. The truck is incredible, but the customer service from both Angel and Landon is what really made the experience stand out.

Our service advisor Frankie Savino went above and beyond for me and my family. The alternator went out while driving to children's hospital. Luckily I was able to drive to Hendrick Chevrolet in time before the truck died. After explaining our situation and being over an hour from home, Frankie was able to squeeze our vehicle in for repairs. Loved the customer service and urgency to accomplish the needs of their customers.
